Medidata Academy announces updates to the Cloud Administration eLearning Courses

In conjunction with the 2019.2.0 release, Medidata Academy is happy to announce that several Cloud Administration courses have been updated. The updates are currently available in English.

These courses have been updated on iMedidata. This has had no impact on the current course completions or study access for external clients. We strongly encourage these revised courses, as it would benefit all users to familiarize themselves with the course updates.

1. 1. Medidata Cloud Administration: Client Division Master Data

      This course has been updated with the following

      • Displays the latest user interface when creating organizations and addresses in Client Divisions.
      • After careful consideration, the chapter "Creating and Managing Client Division People" has been removed from this course and moved to the "Medidata Cloud Administration: Client Division User Administration" eLearning course. This was done so that adding and managing Users and People would be together.
      • Removed information about "Add person with Client Division Role," as part of the 2019.1.0 release.
   2. Medidata Cloud Administration: Client Division User Administration

      This course has been updated with the following:

      • Displays the latest user interface when creating users and people.
      • Covers how to add client division access from multiple users, as part of the 2018.5.0 release.
      • When assigning access to multiple users, this course will demonstrate how to see the number of users already associated to a role, as part of the 2019.1.0 release.
   3. Medidata Cloud Administration: Study Administration Users

      This course has been updated with the following:

      • Demonstrates how to add access to one or more study users, as part of the 2018.4.0 release.
      • Displays the updated User Access and Teams page as part of the 2019.1.0 release.

The courses are available via iMedidata. Please reach out to your Medidata representative for enrollment. All client study groups/teams that have this/these course(s) configured in iMedidata will automatically be updated to the latest version.
