New eLearning Course

• Medidata Rave RTSM: 2019.2.0 Release Training

  This course will cover new features and enhancements related to the 2019.2.0 release, such as the ability to update the lots with unnumbered items, enhanced features when you destroy items at a destruction site, the ability to add articles during a live study, and more supportive terminology for device centric studies. The course will also demonstrate the enhancements available in Edit Live Design, the ability to review comments in the packlist for return shipments, and updated email alerts.

Updated eLearning Courses

The following courses have been updated with the latest product release information. Currently, the course updates are only available in English. We strongly encourage this revised course as it would benefit all users to familiarize themselves with the course updates.

• Medidata Rave RTSM: Edit Live Design 

  This course has been updated with the latest functionality as of the 2019.2.0 release. It includes demonstrations of how to add new or edit existing study arms, treatment compositions, and dosing factors. The course will also demonstrate how to disable/enable active study arms, treatment compositions, and dosing factors from previously saved versions of the study.

• Medidata Rave RTSM: Shipping to Return Depots and Destroying Items at Site
  This course used to be called "Medidata Balance Shipping to Destruction Depots". It has now been renamed with the latest branding standard. The course is also updated based on the following release features:
  • 2018.1.0 Release
    • Includes a section on how to destroy items at designated destruction sites
  • 2019.2.0 Release
    • Includes the updated terminology for device-friendly studies, such as renaming "destruction" terms to "return" if the study only has assigned return depots or "return/destruction" if the study has assigned return depots and allows sites to destroy inventory.
    • Demonstrates how to de-select numbered items when destroying items at a designated destruction site.
