Medidata Academy is excited to announce one new eLearning training course for Patient Cloud 2019 R4 Releases as well as four new Show Me Videos! These all incorporate changes reflected in the following releases:
- Patient Cloud iOS 2019.3.0
- Patient Cloud Android 2019.3.0
- Patient Cloud Settings 2019.2.0
The new eLearning course is available via iMedidata. New study builders will need to view this course in addition to the Patient Cloud for Study Builder series courses (4) for comprehensive training.
The Control Type Show Me Videos will be available next week on the Patient Cloud eCOA Knowledge Space in the Control Type Library.

eLearning Course
Medidata Patient Cloud Release Training (2019 R4)
This course is designed for study builders, site users and administrators who support or manage Patient Cloud studies.
Attendees will learn about:
- The Patient Cloud Settings updates on the eCOA and Registration tabs
- The Patient Cloud 'Training Mode' module in the mobile app
- The new Patient Cloud Control Types
We strongly encourage using this training course as part of ongoing and foundational customer education.
Show Me Videos
The following Show Me Videos will be added to the Control Type Library on the Rave eCOA Knowledge Space:
- Four Faces Scale
- Five Faces Scale
- NRS Five Labels Scale
- Four Point Scale
Show Me Videos are accessible on demand and do not need to be assigned to users. Please look for these videos to be available on the Knowledge Space after 21 May 2019.
