eLearnings will be available to external clients via iMedidata, and to all Medidata colleagues via the Learning Lab (iMedidata access will be available for those colleagues who access client URLs).
For new eLearning courses, Medidata PMs should create a Task Management task type with the form GE - Client Course Upload/Config. (WI-SILC-016-09 Configuring eLearning in Medidata RCM.) A full list of eLearning courses can be found here. Please note that all requests submitted in the first week of availability are subject to a 5-day SLA.
For updated eLearning courses, all client study groups/teams that have this/these course(s) configured in iMedidata will automatically be updated to the latest version.
