Yannick Segonne
Director, Novo Nordisk A/S
Yannick has worked with manufacturing of medical devices in Novo Nordisk for 20 years in various specialist, project manager and manager positions. Yannick has experience from production, lean manufacturing and six sigma, process development and innovation. Since 2013, Yannick is heading up the Assembly area in Device Manufacturing Development where he is responsible for developing robust and efficient manufacturing processes. Yannick is a visionary individual high ambition level for the manufacturing processes using modern technology, manufacturing intelligence and digitalization.

Janet leads the commercial go-to-market team responsible for global sales of Dassault Systèmes brands and solutions into the life sciences sector. She joined Medidata in 2016 to lead their strategic partnerships and expanded her role to include leadership of the enterprise business.

Gerard is a Vice President Innovation, with a wealth of experience in the Aerospace, Mass Consumer Products and Healthcare industries. He held numerous positions within Philips, including being responsible for the management of the hard and software platforms for The Philips IntelliVue Patient Monitoring solutions. Gerard is currently an independent product development consultant, supporting companies in developing solutions and in improving their product development processes.
Manisha Maria Lakhani

Manisha has 15 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. She was a Product Manager for Vault RIM Registration in Novo Nordisk and is now business owner of the “Digital Lab” in Devices and Delivery Solutions. She is passionate about continuous improvement and thrives on the challenge of re-engineering processes. Manisha holds a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.
Barbara Holtz
Life Science & Healthcare Industry Business Consultant Expert, Dassault Systèmes (Moderator)
Barbara has over 20 years of experience working in the Life Sciences, mostly in customer facing roles. She has been working for a range of IT and Software companies, most recently as a Value Expert at Dassault Systemes, helping to improve the way scientists and engineers in the Life Science Industry work with digital, data, modeling and simulation. She has a background in Physics, having completed in PhD in Molecular Simulations and is currently focusing to apply her analytical skills and deep industry knowledge to understand virtual twins and the benefits they can deliver across the entire pharma, medical device and biotech value chain.

Thomas has been a manger in Novo Nordisk for 12 years and has experience from assembly and packaging manufacturing site before joining the Assembly area in Device Manufacturing Development. Thomas is passionate about digital development activities with a strong focus on innovation as well as internal, external and academia collaboration.
Claire Biot
Vice President, Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry, Dassault Systèmes
Claire Biot is Vice President, Life Sciences Industry, Dassault Systèmes, where she is responsible for helping companies digitally transform their approach to scientific innovation by using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to catalyze the next generation of therapeutics.
Previously, she was manager of industrial methods at the biopharmaceutical company LFB, then head of division, health products pricing and reimbursement at the French Ministry of Health. Most recently, she was managing director of Agence Générale des Équipements et Produits de Santé (AGEPS), France’s central agency for health products and technologies, and a subsidiary of Greater Paris University Hospitals (AP-HP).
In addition to engineering degrees from France’s Ecole Polytechnique and the Corps des Mines program, Claire Biot earned a Master of Science degree in Life Sciences from the Watson School of Biological Sciences in New York, and a doctorate in immunology from the Institut Pasteur. She has also been an active member of several World Health Organization working groups.
Margot Gyllerup

Margot Gyllerup is an industry and ecosystem manager developing smart manufacturing business with dedicated 5G networks
Industry 4.0 is creating significant potential and next generation wireless communication will truly accelerate the flexibility, efficiency and innovation in industries. Margot works for industrial digitalization with 5G, IoT and AI for factories, ports and mines.
Prior, Margot has +15 years of experience and different positions working with customer-facing teams within Ericsson’s customers. Margot has a passion for how technology can provide value for their customer segments and impact society and has worked in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Canada.
She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lund University, and Master of Business Administration from Uppsala University.
David Fich
Senior Lead Business Developer, Ørsted A/S
David is a strategic business developer in the energy sector and has worked at Ørsted A/S for five years. He is instrumental in the Carbon Capture Storage (CCS) Project, ‘Ørsted Kalundborg Hub’, which was awarded to Ørsted by The Danish energy Agency (DEA). An engineer by background, David has progressed from technical analysis and construction via project management to sustainable market development, and recently negotiated the world’s largest carbon removal contract for the Ørsted Kalundborg Hub Project.
