Grants Manager Applications:
Client shall provide the following Client Data during the Sales Order term, on a mutually agreed schedule, no less frequently than quarterly:
- Completed study protocols inclusive of descriptive data including, information relating to indication, phase, schedule(s) of activities and any amendments, if applicable. Preferred method of delivery: Word or native PDF documents.
- Fully executed clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and associated budgets for industry and investigator-initiated studies, inclusive of study site name and address, investigator name(s), itemized procedure payments, overhead payments, study administration, and set-up fees. Preferred method of delivery for budget information: file-based, extracts from internal Client site payments systems.
- Study-related third-party contracts e.g., hospital and central lab agreements if applicable and when available.
