Keosys relies on its proprietary end-to-end technology, Imagys, to manage every step in the clinical trial process from image acquisition at the investigational site to data submission to the regulatory authorities. Keosys' customers include biopharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and clinical contract research organizations.

Our headquarters are based in Nantes, France, but we also have a second office in NYC, dealing with Project Management activities. As of 2024, Keosys counts 40 full-time employees.
