iOMEDICO is a leading full-service CRO and Real-World Data provider focused on oncology and hematology with a recruitment rate of over 6,000 new patients each year. We conduct phase I-IV trials and the RWD platforms provide deep insight into patient journeys and PRO in the indication, support trial design, biomarker analyses and market access purposes.

At iOMEDICO we are focused on oncology and hematology. Founded by a clinical oncologist and currently supported by five employed oncologists and hematologists, we provide consulting and development services along the drug development journey, the market access process and post-launch research needs. As a full-service CRO we execute phase I-IV clinical trials from protocol design, study execution, data management, biometrics to publication with oversight by oncologist throughout all steps. Since we have in-house medical representation, we also conduct investigator-initiated trials (IIT), which are supported through dedicated research grants.
In addition, we offer the conduct and execution of compassionate use programs (CUP). We currently operate 19 Real-World Data registries in Oncology and Hematology, with over 70.000 prospectively enrolled regulatory grade patient cases including patient reported outcomes and biospecimen access. These longitudinal observations serve our customers in the areas of clinical trial design optimization, addressing questions pertaining to market access (e.g. PICO criteria), as well as post-launch insights into routine care. We operate an oncology research network with access to over 1.000 research sites in Germany and across Europe. Currently, we recruit over 6000 new oncology patients each year.
