About the Team:
You will report to Sr. Manager, APAC Global Education Services. Our primary responsibility of the Associate Training Administrator is to grade certification mock studies and support end-user technical training (in the format of web based and classroom style training) for the clinical research industry that follows company quality standards while staying current with the adult learning theory.
Responsibilities:
- Grade Mock Studies for Certification program
- Administer our Learning Management System
- Support technical training in many formats including Instructor Led/Classroom Style, Webinar and Remote trainings for internal and external clients
- Build stable internal relationships within Medidata
- Stay informed about new Medidata products and trainings for training delivery
- Conduct logistical planning for assigned training activities
- Manage multiple training related tasks simultaneously
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Work with employees throughout an organization
- MS Suite Office skills
- Follow standard Medidata practices
- Apply company procedures to resolve routine issues
- Bachelor's degree graduating student; or equivalent years of experience
- Business level English / Native Chinese
