About the Team:
A Collections Analyst provides administrative support in the collections process. Prepares outstanding accounts reports and gathers reference information. Maintains collections software by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice problems from past due accounts. Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources. Works directly with clients to negotiate payment consistent with company practices. Interacts with sales, sales support, and Service Desk, in reconciling accounts. Serves as the escalation point for customer payment disputes and makes recommendations for write-offs, account adjustments and reconciliation. Audits and analyzes aging reports, tracking collection efforts.

Other Responsibilities include for but not limited:

Preparing and distributing Aging reports, dunning letters and communications related to the collection process
Collection System strategy execution
Maintain Collection System Mailbox (assigning received emails to accounts as needed)
Dispute Management
AR Close Cash App reconciliations
Assist with IA and external documentation/stat Audits
Providing commentary for weekly Forecast & Top 20 accounts past due
Daily Email
Cash Application support
Record Ad-Hoc Bank Transfers

Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, required
Previous AR/Collections experience required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field is required
Outstanding customer service skills helpful
Strong attention to detail 
Experience working in Salesforce and/or Workday helpful
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands.
